My fitness journey began at university, where I was inspired by martial arts training, specifically Taekwondo. It wasn’t just about learning the art—it was about discipline, perseverance, and unlocking my physical potential.
While training on my own—whether jogging, doing cardio, or practicing techniques—I noticed something incredible: people started joining me.
At first, three of my roommates wanted to improve their physical fitness. Weekends turned into group workouts; before I knew it, they relied on me to guide them. That’s when it hit me—I could make a real impact in people’s lives through fitness.
One of the moments that cemented this realization was when a fellow student struggling with being overweight reached out to join our sessions. With consistency and support, he made incredible progress.
He not only became healthier but also one of my closest friends.
Experiences like these motivated me to make it my mission to help people lead healthier lives through the fitness tips and knowledge I’ve gained over the years.
